Refund policy

At SplashZap™, we like to keep things simple — and make sure you’re not left stuck.

Return window: You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Signs of use, leaks, or missing parts will make the item ineligible for return.

Defective or damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos at contact@splashzap.ca.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions: Sale items, gift cards, and returns requested after the return window are not eligible for return.

Tip: We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
